No “Cast” Warning on Ride Signs, Yet Strict & Inconsistent Enforcement

点评：Came to Tropic Falls (theme park only). Son has a cast on his arm from an injury 2 weeks prior.
Southern Express: Operator let him on no problem.
AeroZoom: Operator denied him. She didn’t feel
comfortable letting him on. Supervisors were there and talked with the operator about it and then walked away saying nothing to us about the situation.
Flying Carousel: Operator let him on no problem.
Air Racer: Operator got him seated and strapped in just fine. That’s when a supervisor told the operator to get him off the ride. When I asked why are you doing this to him, she said the cast material could “damage the ride” — nothing about safety or citing policy.
None of the ride signs mention casts at all, even though the park feels strongly enough to deny rides. The visible signs only talk about “naturally formed arm” requirements. The official Guest Relations policy says casts are restricted only if they don’t fit or create a hazard to guests — and his cast fit fine.
Staff clearly aren’t trained the same, and every supervisor said something different.
Manager refunded the tickets — that was the only good thing. Polite staff, but poor training and chaotic rules. Kid left disappointed. Total waste of the day. Won’t be back.
