The best foodie tour in Hanoi
Chef Duyen's Home Cooking Classes & Tours的点评
点评：If you want to experience the real Hanoi, Chef Duyen is the person to see.
We started with her 4am wet market tour, and it was incredible. It gave us a fascinating insight into where the city's amazing fresh ingredients come from. Chef Duyen is exceptionally knowledgeable, having worked in the markets herself and being a qualified chef. Along the way, we sampled so many local delicacies and enjoyed what was probably the biggest breakfast of our lives!
The entire experience felt very special, and we loved every minute of it.
A few days later, we returned with friends for her cooking class. Chef Duyen's kitchen is warm and welcoming, and she had us all chopping, cooking, and blending ingredients together. Like magic, the table soon filled with beautiful homemade dishes that we were so proud to have helped create.
If you're looking for an authentic Hanoi experience and want to learn about local food, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques, I can't recommend this tour highly enough.
