点评:As a Rochester local, I’ve visited Seabreeze more times than I can count, but today (June 25, 2026) officially ended that.
The level of carelessness from staff and the lack of concern for small children on school trips was unacceptable. Tickets were purchased weeks in advance through the schools, yet despite rides repeatedly closing—or never opening at all—Seabreeze refused to offer rain checks and simply pointed everyone to their policy.
After spending hundreds of dollars, many families left unhappy, disappointed, and soaking wet. It’s frustrating to feel like customer experience and fairness take a backseat to profits, especially when so many children were affected.
After today, I’d strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. A little compassion and accountability would have gone a long way. Seabreeze needs to do better.
