Excellent dolphin experience, disappointing service and photo value

点评：The dolphin experience at Delphinus by Dreams Playa Mujeres was excellent, and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was a different story. We purchased the most expensive dolphin package, costing over $180, along with the most expensive photo package at over $200. When we arrived, four staff members were playing cards. They questioned whether our payment had been completed because we did not have a printed receipt, despite our having a handwritten ticket copy and electronic payment confirmation. Their manner made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Staff repeatedly emphasized that we had purchased through an agency, referring to agencies such as Amstar, which made us feel unwelcome. One employee, whose name I believe was Herrero, was particularly unpleasant. We understand that payments need to be verified, but this should be handled politely and professionally. Although the dolphin encounter itself was wonderful, we did not feel the photos were worth the additional $200-plus. We left happy that our child enjoyed the experience, but disappointed by the reception and the value of the photo package.
