点评:Turned up 15 minutes before our online booking as requested so we could collect helmets, life jackets and anything else needed beforehand. Unfortunately, it was complete unorganised chaos from the start.
They had already run out of certain life jacket sizes and were simply telling people to wear ones far too big for them, which completely defeats the point of safety equipment in the first place.
What also annoyed a number of paying customers was the amount of people just walking in without paying. You could clearly hear people asking “who do we pay?” with others replying “don’t worry about it, no one is asking us.” Not exactly fair on those of us who had booked and paid properly.
One young lad working there just seemed to be wandering around and couldn’t answer basic questions. Their own email states closed toe footwear must be worn at all times, yet around half the participants were barefoot. When asked what the actual situation is, we were basically told it was “whatever you want” according to the lifeguards.
The lifeguarding itself was also poor. One young child (not mine, around 7 years old) got his leg caught in a rope underneath one of the inflatables and was clearly struggling and waving for help. No staff were coming, so I ended up helping him myself.
Overall, badly organised, poor communication and concerning safety standards. Would not recommend.
