Enjoy Boat的点评
点评：This is the worst boat rental company in Altea, in our experience. We rented two boats on 30 October. We’d already had a very bad experience with this company last year, but heard there was a new owner and decided to give them one more chance. That was a big mistake.
We were due to leave at 11:00, but didn’t get underway until 12:30. The staff member said he had checked everything beforehand and that the problems had only just appeared. Even so, the swim platforms and speakers didn’t work, and there were problems with the computer screens. On the Enjoy 3, the fuel gauge wasn’t working either. We were offered a refund or another boat.
On the way back, one of the engines stopped working. There were six children on board, including two babies. This was a serious and unacceptable situation. With a faulty fuel gauge, several technical problems and an engine that failed, the boats did not feel safe and, in our opinion, should not have been rented out.
We have no sympathy for the company or its explanation that the problems were “new”. It is the rental company’s responsibility to provide boats that are safe and in working order and to take problems seriously. After two bad experiences, we feel ripped off. We strongly advise against renting from this company.
