点评:My family and I planned a trip to Dallas to go Six Flags last Friday. I purchased the tickets online and also purchased the ticket insurance. When we arrived at the park we noticed a majority if the rides were closed. No where on the website does it mention that more than 75% of the park would be closed. If we had known that, we would have never made this trip. We went to guest services and they told us that because we purchased the trip insurance they couldn't help us. I'm extremely disappointed in Six Flags. We spent over a thousand dollars to travel there only to be let down. The worst part of it all was to see the disappointment in my 6yr old daughter's face when we told her she couldn't ride most of the rides because they were closed. The only thing Six Flags could offer was new tickets that expire on Labor Day. Our time is too valuable and we work extremely hard for our money, we will NOT be returning to a place like this! They refuse to give us a refund!
