点评：If I can give them a Zero star I would. They gave us the wrong car and accused us for knowingly taken a bigger car and not saying anything. ??? Are you kidding me? I rented a car to go to my vacation house then back to the airport because I had a night time flight. I had a very tight time frame to go home grab a few things then back to the airport for my flight at night. When we received the car the car was a big panda not a small panda. We didn't think much because we get upgraded all the time since we rented for just few nights. If we were given a bigger car obviously we didn't think this would become an issue and also we were in a hurry and we only needed a few nights.
When we received the car, the car was low in fuel so we put in 20 euro. Then when we got home, while I was showering and getting ready to go back to the airport right away they called and said they had made a mistake and gave us the wrong car. Demanded us to bring the car back. We had to make a stop to exchange for another car. I missed my flight because their staff was taking forever. I asked them to at least compensate me for the gas that we put in. They were not willing!!!!! And accused us for not reading the contract before taking the car? What on earth?????? We rent from you quite often and we are considered as locals. They seriously would accuse their customers for the wrongdoing of their staff? This we the short haired staff in Brucoli. I do not recommend renting from them.

提车的时候，车里的油很少，于是我们加了20欧元的油。后来我们回到家，我正在洗澡并准备立刻返回机场时，他们打电话来说搞错了，把错误的车给了我们。要求我们把车送回去。我们不得不中途停车去换另一辆车。因为他们的员工处理事务极其拖沓，我错过了航班。我请求他们至少赔偿我们加的汽油费用，可他们根本不愿意!!!!! 还指责我们没在取车前仔细阅读合同？搞什么啊?????? 我们经常从你们这儿租车，我们也算是老客户了。他们居然会因为自己员工的过错而指责顾客？我就是布鲁科利店里那个短发员工。我不建议大家从他们那里租车。
