点评：We were two couples who booked the Glacier Express Route on the Local Trains day tour with Mark, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland.
Mark was punctual, friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. He picked us up from our hotel in the morning and dropped us back after the tour, making the day very convenient and stress-free.
His attention to detail really stood out. He welcomed us with snack bags, refreshing hand wipes, souvenir gifts, and informative booklets about Switzerland. Throughout the journey, he patiently answered our questions and shared interesting facts about Swiss history, culture, geography, and the places we visited.
The scenery along the Glacier Express route was spectacular, and Mark's commentary helped us appreciate it even more. We never felt rushed and enjoyed the entire experience.
At the end of the tour, he also helped us understand the train tickets and travel options for our visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate the following day, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful day and were very happy we chose this tour as part of our holiday in Switzerland.
