In the jungle, our guide Leo was incredible—his sharp eye for wildlife and deep knowledge made every excursion educational and engaging. The jungle lodge itself is exceptionally well maintained, and with a brand-new lodge currently under construction nearby, they are clearly scaling up to offer even more unique experiences soon.
For the pampas portion, the family managing the accommodation and our guide Christian made us feel genuinely welcome. While the pampas lodge is a bit more rustic compared to the jungle facility, the overall standard and hospitality completely exceeded our expectations.
A truly satisfying, five-star experience from start to finish that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
