点评：Guido and Sally were amazing hosts from emailing us directions prior to arrival to providing recommendations for the rest our trip upon our departure. We made a delicious pasta and sauce. The instructions were easy to follow with lots of opportunities for hand on learning. We also made a spectacular second dish with veal and prosciutto. And then the dessert…..yum! We can’t wait to try these new recipes when we get home.
The tour was absolutely beautiful. They shared about the remarkable history of the region. They are both extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they take pride in the area they live in
Don’t hesitate booking any of their classes or tours they offer- you won’t be disappointed.
They made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. We even got to know Rocky. It was like an afternoon hanging with good friends!
