The massage was amazing, one of the best I’ve had.
The chap on the bar is an asset, wasted here.
Cons
The spa area is absolutely filthy, the changing facilities are inadequate.
The sauna ‘were waiting for maintenance to fix’ - Its boarded up so clearly has been broken a while.
The changing rooms had hair dryers that kept cutting out because someone cannot be bothered to clean out the back of the hairdryers. The showers don’t drain and flood.
The included ‘lunch’ in the spa is rubbish, poor quality, I expect my 13 year old son could do better - that’s being polite.
The sunny chill out orangery has plastic dusty plants when real plants would thrive, why?!
This place has amazing potential the buildings and golf course / grounds are beautiful. Someone cares more about profit than good customer care and proper management unfortunately.
