点评：Uzbekistan is a country of extraordinary depth — layer upon layer of history, culture, and breathtaking architecture — and Kalpak Travel provided the perfect framework to experience it. From the very first day, it was clear that the itinerary had been assembled with genuine care and attention to detail.
Our guide, Sanjar, was exceptional. Knowledgeable and thoughtful, he brought each site to life with context and stories that no guidebook could replicate. His patience and professionalism set the tone for the entire trip, and his presence elevated the experience immeasurably.
Logistics were handled seamlessly throughout. Drop-offs and pick-ups were perfectly coordinated, and the pace of each day struck just the right balance — unhurried enough to absorb everything, purposeful enough to cover the ground. The drive from Nukus to Khiva was a particular highlight, punctuated by visits to ancient fortresses rising from the desert and a memorable lunch in a traditional yurt.
Accommodation was excellent across the board, with the hotels in Nukus, Khiva, and Bukhara standing out in particular. Dining was equally impressive — local dishes, carefully chosen restaurants, and flavours that have stayed with me long after the trip ended.
