On the last day of our holiday in T. Nagar, Chennai, we visited this huge store. Unfortunately, our time was very short, and because the store was so large, we found it quite difficult to locate everything we needed.
Suddenly, a young and beautiful girl named Angeli came towards us with the most courteous and polite smile and simply asked, “Can I help you?” ❤️
We told her exactly what we were looking for, and she immediately took us to each and every department. She personally made sure we found everything we needed and even contacted the relevant department staff to help us with our purchases.
What touched us the most was that Angeli stayed with us until we completed our shopping and made the payment. She never made us feel rushed or like we were a burden, even though the store was extremely busy.
We are from London, and although our visit was brief, Angeli’s kindness, patience and genuine care left a lasting impression on us. ❤️
Customer service like this is very special. Sometimes, one person’s kindness can make an ordinary shopping experience truly memorable.
