点评:I went to the Cardinals VS Braves this evening. My party and I sat in our row of seats (a couple seats down from where our tickets were to give other people some space.) As we were sitting there enjoying our time, we were approached by an older white man named Eric who was a staff member. He walked over a row in front of us and told us we all needed to get up and leave. We attempted to explain to him that our seats are a few seats down and we can move, and while in the middle of saying that he repeatedly cut us off by saying “hand me your tickets” and “show me your tickets now” while rolling his eyes speaking extremely aggressively towards us. My girlfriend showed him our tickets and he said “okay, fine.” And walked away from us. He did NOT check ANYONE else’s tickets which clearly means we were targeted. He did not apologize to us for the misunderstanding and was rude during the entire encounter. I would appreciate it if support staff from the stadium to contact me about how poorly their staff handles situations and how they plan to remind their staff the importance of customer service and simply how to speak to others with respect.
