点评:Terrible admin staff at this company and it charges €15 when a flight cannot go ahead due to weather. I understood that my flight had to be rescheduled but they sent a text message at 6pm asking if I’d like the following day. I replied YES PLEASE. No reply to that or any change to my booking. During office hours the following day, nobody answered the phones in the office or replied to my email.
The admin fee was not refundable. There was no mention of an admin fee prior to purchase and no terms and conditions were made available. Staff member said that the fee was to cover work that had already gone into the booking but by no answering messages, calls or emails, I couldn’t see what work had been done.
I had already extended my stay in Aix En Provence (not an issue at all) but I was left wondering all day if my balloon flight was going to happen to next day.
The weather cannot be controlled but your admin processes and keeping customers updated can be.
