Exceptional private tour service - highly recommended and will use again!

点评：We have had an exceptional experience with Michele first on a private tour of Florence (from Livorno) in April 2025 and most recently again for a private tour of Rome (from Civitavecchia) in June 2026. Communication with him is so responsive and he takes care of organizing your trip to run so smoothly (including purchasing tickets in advance) and also tailored so you can see as much as possible (often with bonus stops)! I have seen a lot of comments with other tourists having issues getting proper tickets for the Colosseum (and not cancelled last minute by other third party tours), but our experience with Michele was so seamless and easy.
Both of our experiences have been for a full day tour from port while on a Mediterranean cruise. Our drivers (Simona in Florence and Marco in Rome) were fantastic and very knowledgeable of the areas with great recommendations for local food. Knowing that we were on tight schedules with only a day at port from the cruise, they were on time/early for pick ups and got us back to the boat without any time stress. Furthermore, we were able to see more sites with them than originally planned and overall just had a wonderful time with them!
During our most recent trip to Rome, a walking guide was recommended for the Vatican and this was absolutely worth it! We were so happy with this recommendation and our guide (Caterina) was phenomenal! Her enthusiasm and knowledge were top notch and she was able to get us through the crowds to see as much as possible in our limited time.
Highly recommend using this company for tours in Italy - they are genuinely just wonderful people to work with! Cannot speak highly enough about them and will definitely be using them again in future!
