点评：We’ve just returned from Rwanda and had a genuinely excellent experience with Amahoro Tours. They really took care of everything — logistics, permits, accommodations, transport, and daily planning — which made the whole trip completely stress‑free. Everything was clearly thought through and worked exactly as planned.
What we especially appreciated was how transparent and flexible Amahoro was throughout. Communication was clear from the start, there were no surprises, and they were always open to adjustments. Amos was super responsive by email during the planning phase — quick replies, clear explanations, and genuinely helpful advice, which gave us a lot of confidence before arriving.
Our driver and guide, Edmond, was outstanding. He was always punctual, drove very safely, and has a deep knowledge of the country. He shared insights naturally, answered questions, and adapted easily to our pace and interests. Just as importantly, he has a calm, friendly manner and is a real pleasure to spend long days with.
The highlights of the trip were unforgettable, especially the gorilla trekking and chimp trekking, which were incredibly well organized and handled smoothly from start to finish. Seeing these animals up close was a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience, and it was clear that Amahoro Tours knew exactly how to make it happen while respecting the parks and the experience itself. Beyond that, discovering Kigali, traveling through Rwanda’s beautiful landscapes, and visiting the national parks all fit together seamlessly.
Overall, Amahoro Tours did a fantastic job, and Edmond played a big part in making the trip so memorable. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Rwanda.
