点评：I went with only being able to walk trot and canter (not gallop) and came out being able to gallop full pelt feeling safe and confident. The staff were so helpful and reassuring as i was feeling a bit nervous about the gallop (i chose to go in the turbo group which is walk, trot, fast canter/gallop so that’s on me) but they told me that if i needed to stop just yell and we would stop immediately. Originally i was on this lovely bay gelding who was so sweet but i didn’t feel very confident on him and the Luca (the guide that was with us) swapped horses with me and gave me his favourite horse Mandella who was so so perfect and didn’t put a foot wrong he looked after me even when i wasn’t ready for gallop, he was a 4 year old French trotter which sounds like he would be crazy but he was the opposite. I had the best time ever!! Around an hour in we stopped for some water which was a life saver but i started to feel a bit tired just because it was the longest i’d ridden but there was still 2 more long gallops left which i wasn’t up for doing and immediately Luca rang his friend who was leading the middle group (walk and trot) and they let me go with them for the last half hour which was really nice of them. Overall the horses were really looked after and were hosed off and put out in their field which had shade for the rest of the day. Thank you for improving my riding and confidence without even meaning too!
翻译：我最初只能做到慢走、小跑和快跑（还不会全速奔驰），但最后我不仅能全速奔驰，而且感觉安全又自信。工作人员非常乐于助人且让人安心；当时我对全速奔驰还有些紧张（我选择加入的是“Turbo组”，该组别的训练内容就是慢走、小跑和全速奔驰，所以这怪我自己啦）。不过他们告诉我，如果需要停下来，只要大喊一声，我们就会立刻停下。起初我骑的是一匹毛色漂亮的骝色公马，它非常温顺可爱。不过我骑起来没什么自信。这时，卢卡（和我们同行的向导）和我交换了马匹，把我换到了他最心爱的马——曼德拉身上。这匹马简直完美至极，一步都没出错。即便我还没准备好开始疾驰，它也乖乖地配合着我。它是一匹4岁的法国速步马，按理说这种马应该很狂野才对，但实际上恰恰相反。我度过了有生以来最愉快的时光！！骑行大约一小时后，我们停下来喝水，这真是救急之举。不过由于这是我骑得最久的一次，我开始觉得有些疲惫了。可后面还有两段很长的骑行路段，我实在没力气完成了。于是卢卡立刻打电话给带领中间那组骑手（步行或慢速骑行）的朋友，他们同意让我和他们一起完成最后半小时的行程，真是太贴心了。总体来说，这些马匹得到了悉心照料：它们被用水冲洗干净后，被放到了有阴凉处的牧场上休息。谢谢您无意间提升了我的骑术和自信心！
