点评：I visited this store for shopping, having arranged the appointment by phone, and was offered a free transfer from my hotel. The furs were nice, in various styles and cuts, but for clothing costing $2,000–$3,000, I wanted something that truly matched my taste and style. I didn’t feel comfortable with the offered selection, and for that, I was criticized and insulted.
I was suggested that I couldn’t afford it because I couldn’t decide. I also pointed out that similar styles can be found at much lower prices, which is a reasonable choice for anyone who has the option of a more affordable alternative. At that point, the salesperson, Inessa, showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
In the end, the free transfer turned into a €70 charge, leaving a lot of bad taste and a negative atmosphere. I do not recommend this store if you do not want to feel pressured into making a purchase.
