点评：Two-day excursion to the Black and White Deserts from Cairo. We were very fortunate to have an excellent driver, Mohamed Fox, for the trip from Cairo to Bahariya; he provided seamless door-to-door service, picking us up and dropping us off right at our hotel. He was a skilled and very kind driver who spoke perfect English. He was always attentive—stopping whenever we needed, offering assistance, and providing helpful guidance throughout the journey. He is an exceptional driver and a wonderful person. As for the desert experience, everything was perfectly organized. The meals—dinner and breakfast—were good, the campsite was set up flawlessly, and the tour through the Black and White Deserts, including the Crystal Mountain, was truly impressive. Spending the night in the desert under a sky full of stars was the perfect conclusion to a day spent marveling at the stunning landscapes of the White Desert and watching a beautiful sunset. The customer service from Mars Alam was outstanding. They were immediately accessible via WhatsApp, providing updates and responding to any questions or requests with great kindness and efficiency. The only drawback was the limited communication and information provided by Mido, our desert guide. Perhaps due to his limited English, we felt the need for more guidance and context. While both he and the driver were kind, respectful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a positive experience—which they succeeded in doing—we would have appreciated more communication from his side. In short, it was a fantastic, well-organized experience, supported by kind and efficient service. We highly recommend booking with this agency for anyone visiting Egypt.
