Best Stingray City/Snorkel Experience on Grand Cayman

点评：We did a private charter with Silver Thatch two weeks ago as part of our stay with Grand Cayman Villas. We stayed in a villa with a private dock, and we were picked up at our own dock in Rum Point. We always stay in Rum Point and for years we drove around the island to Safehaven to catch a boat, so this was a treat.
Big Kev is the owner of the boats, and we were lucky enough to have him as our tour guide for the day. We have done Stingray City through group tours more than a dozen times but wanted a different experience this time. It was without a doubt worth every penny. Big Kev picked us up and we went to Stingray City. He took us to a couple of snorkel spots but was always asking what we wanted to do next and making sure we made the most of the excursion. The personal touch and the conversations we had about Grand Cayman, history, and basic fun conversation made the trip that much better. Our 2 1/2-hour excursion was over 4 hours. Silver Thatch is now our new way to tour when we are in Grand Cayman. Thanks Big Kev for a wonderful experience.
