Trap & Hatch的点评
点评：On a beautiful but rainy May Saturday morning ( F.A Cup Final day ) and my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down to the wonderful Waterloo district of Liverpool, a fascinating district of the city full of pubs, bars and restaurants especially along the vibrant South Road, one bar we dropped into was Trap & Hatch and what a great first time visit we had.
Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, interior is superb, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, industrial style decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this craft beer bar, beers on offer displayed on boards ,its just a really good bar to unwind in.
We had a study of their beer range which I must say I was impressed with, in the end we both opted to have pale ale's from Salt Brew Co,these were served in excellent condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar while we sipped our pale ale's.
My pale ale was really good, golden in colour, crisp in taste, hoppy, well balanced, hints of caramel, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a smooth finish, a classic British pale ale served in a classic British craft beer bar, its hardly surprising that this bar is so popular with ale's served in this good a condition by staff who are genuinely pleased to see you in their bar.
We both really enjoyed our pale ale's in Trap & Hatch before we moved on, couldn't fault anything about our visit here, can't wait to go again next time we're in the area.
Trap & Hatch is easy to locate along South Road, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants.
Opening hours are;
Monday & Tuesday, closed.
Wednesday, 4pm till 11pm.
Thursday to Saturday, 3pm till 11pm.
Sunday, 2pm till 10pm.

我们俩在离开前都非常喜欢在Trap & Hatch酒吧喝的淡色艾尔啤酒，这次体验无可挑剔，下次路过附近时一定还会再来。
