War Childhood Museum的点评
点评：The War Childhood Museum is located on Logavina Street, just a few minutes’ walk from Baščaršija.
The museum is suitable not only for adults but also for children, who can gain an insight into what childhood was like during the war in Sarajevo through specially designed interactive activities.
Despite its small size, the museum is big in heart — and in the stories it holds. You will encounter deeply moving and heartbreaking stories of children whose carefree childhoods were interrupted by war, leaving a lasting mark on their lives.
The collection brings together personal objects and stories from the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as stories of children affected by conflicts in other parts of the world.
Be prepared: you will leave the museum with a lot to think about, and its stories will stay with you long after your visit.
For me, this is the most thoughtfully curated collection among all the war museums in Sarajevo.
Special thanks to the kind staff at the front desk, they are very welcoming and patient. I suggest you to come in smaller groups as this is a relatively small museum.
