Terrible for Tanna. OK for Efate.

Zero or 1 star for Maree at Tanna.
I made bookings with the tourist information centre for transport and bungalow accommodation on Efate (and nearby offshore islands) and Tanna. The bookings for Efate (and offshore islands) were OK.
The bookings for Tanna were terrible.
I spent about 3 weeks making multiple visits, followups, emails, messages, confirmations etc, only to get to Tanna and find there were so many errors in my bookings and the costs I had been given were wrong. The accommodation providers on Tanna also told me I should not have booked with Maree because they always have problems, mistakes, non-payments from her bookings. If you are going to Tanna I suggest contact the bungalows directly and ask them to arrange your transport and tours. Don't rely on Maree.
Note that the Information Centre in Port Vila is in a temporary location after the earthquake. Now it is on Rue Bretagne in Numbatu
