Please avoid booking if the travel coordinator of yours is Vivian and Kalu

点评：Had an unpleasant experience doing the trip with ETT. as the travel coordinator Kalu and Vivian are dishonesty human beings.
From the start, already had a hard time communicating with the travel coordinator head Kalu to finalized the itinerary as actually they do not have a finalized itinerary and always pushes the booking to the last minute (e.g. informing you a 6am flight is booked only the midnight before).
The travel coordinator Vivian that I interacted the most loves to treat customers dumb. Was brought to an extremely shabby hostel with cockroaches crawling around and pubic hair on the sheets the first day landed at Addis Ababa, although was promised to stay at a 4-star hotel. Constant changing of itinerary. Gives exchange rate much lower than the market rate and claiming it's the best I can get. By the end she even forgot to confirm the itinerary with me and almost makes me missed a flight. Overall an unprofessional and dishonest person.
