点评：Visited 23/08/26 - Small mixup with our booking but the staff were quick to formulate a plan and rectify it, and let's be fair, human error is a thing and it's how you deal with it not how it happend.
The overall experience was fantastic, the two individuals we had look after us for our experience (Sean & Erin) were immensely likeable and knew their stuff which made the visit all the more fun as I do enjoy some interesting facts like the nerd I am.
The owls were gorgeous, immensely enjoyed holding them and again hearing all the facts about them and just trivia about the specific owl itself. Was taken to meet the other owls in their Avery's also and grabbed a lot of fantastic photos of all the birds on site (Harvest had other plans for us and did at one point wish to make my head a landing pad as she was tired and well fed, absolute mood and I get that)
Visited the meerkats next and again learned some interesting facts while we fed them up close and got some great photos! Continued our chat with both Erin and Sean and learned a little about them also and some quick fire animal facts 😂
As requested - Thank you for the late wedding gift, immensely generous of you and we both enjoyed it as it was completely unrequested but a lovely touch to the day, so again thank you for that!
Overall, well worth the visit, all the staff were fantastic, All the Owls, Meerkats, Hawks etc were stunning. Thank you again Erin and Sean and of course the rest of the Owl Academy Team!!!

接着我们去了狐獴区，在近距离喂食狐獴的过程中又学到了不少有趣的知识，还拍到了很棒的照片！之后我们继续和艾琳与肖恩聊天，也了解到了一些关于他们的事情，还听到了不少有趣的动物小知识 😂
应要求在此说明——感谢您送来的婚礼礼物！您真是太慷慨了，我们俩都很喜欢这份礼物。虽然我们并未特意请求，但它确实为我们的婚礼增添了不少温馨气氛，再次感谢您！
总的来说，这次参观绝对物有所值。所有的工作人员都棒极了！那些猫头鹰、狐獴、鹰等等也都帅得惊人。再次感谢Erin和Sean，当然还有猫头鹰学院的其他全体成员！！
