点评：We had the pleasure of being guided by Oliver, who was a friendly, knowledgeable, and very conscientious guide. The service at the airport upon arrival was very helpful as it streamlined the immigration process. We enjoyed the tour of Kigali and Oliver was very good at answering questions, giving cultural and historical context and finding places for me to shop for nice quality, local products. On the drive to Ruhengari for our gorilla treks, we felt safe and comfortable, even on some challenging roads. Bishop’s House is a lovely hotel and had the very best customer experience that we had experienced in three weeks of travelling through Botswana, South Africa and Rwanda. Chris and his staff are remarkable and we especially enjoyed the service from Richard and Marian in the dining room.
