United Jungle Guide Service的点评
点评：I had the great fortune of being guided by Prakash from United Jungle Guides twice - once in September 2025 and again in June 2026. In 2025, Prakash lead me and my friend up into Langtang to look for red pandas and then down to Chitwan for all the park has to offer. And in 2026 we focused just on Chitwan to try and see the target species we missed in 2025.
Prakash is one of the best guides I have ever worked with on any wildlife excursion I’ve been on - and I am a wildlife biologist by profession and worked or touristed in 70 countries now looking for wildlife. He has been guiding in Chitwan and all around Nepal for almost 30 years and the experience and connections show. And, him and his team at IJGS also help out with a lot of research and that extra experience from a scientific perspective not only helps their guiding but makes for really interesting and engaging conversation.
The whole team works hard to accommodate your interests. They are so friendly and truly look out for you. They can accommodate any budget level, any physical limitations or needs. And they will genuinely take you anywhere.
I will let my pictures speak for themselves in terms of the sightings this team got us! I highly recommend United Jungle Guide Services for all wildlife guiding in Nepal, including Chitwan and everywhere else.
Be forewarned, Nepal’s forests have a ton of terrestrial leeches! Don’t let that deter you, the best way to experience everything is on foot! And definitely explore the diverse and amazing cuisine! Such good food!
