点评：Booked a private half day tour for my partner and myself to swim with dolphins, giant turtles and go snorkelling from the Beachcomber Victoria hotel in Mauritius. It was the most disappointing holiday activity I’ve ever been on! We had to travel to the south of the island before we ever saw any dolphins and our guide never explained to us how to get on/off the boat, if or when we could swim with the dolphins, nor given any life jackets. All we did was sit in the small speedboat the whole time, watching people from others boats swim with the dolphins. We were then told that, as the giant turtles were at the north of the island we didn’t have enough time to go to see them. We were then taken back to our hotel. The trip cost us £280 and at no time whatsoever was it ever explained to us when we booked that there was any chance of not being able to do the activities we had booked and paid for. So all we got for our £280 was to sit in a small speedboat and watch a few dolphins. I contact Vava Voom the day after our trip to complain - I was told to contact them on WhatsApp, which I did, but did not get any further response. We were so underwhelmed and disappointed with what we got for the money we paid and also at the lack of response from Vava Voom.
