点评：The Museum Uja, the olive oil museum is well worth a visit . A warm welcome awaits and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our guide to all things olive oil was superb. The history behind the Cukrov family business was fascinating. The old ways of making the oil are all around you in this museum. You even get the chance to roll your sleeves up and turn the wooden presses. I learnt a lot about the history and manufacturing of the olive which I never knew. Tips on what to buy and how to store were most appreciated. And after all the history and advice was over the chance to taste the produce. The oils, tapenade and marmalades were excellent. Served with bread, lucious juicy tomatoes and washed down with a Croation red, what's not to like?
You can then purchase a bottle of olive oil on your way out if you wish.
