Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Panda Parken.
I specifically booked a garage parking space, but when we arrived, we were only provided with an outdoor parking space. This was particularly concerning because there were severe weather conditions and hail in Zurich during our trip. Had my vehicle been damaged by the hail, I would have been left dealing with the consequences and potentially having to involve my legal protection insurance.
I had already contacted Panda Parken by email regarding the fact that we had received an outdoor space instead of the garage space we booked. As I did not receive a proper response, I subsequently called them as well. However, the only person I was able to reach was the driver, who could not provide any information regarding the booking, the price difference or how the issue would be resolved.
The final invoice was also unclear. I was charged CHF 79 plus an additional CHF 40 for transfers. These additional transfer costs were not transparent to me when making the booking. This is particularly difficult to understand given that Panda Parken currently states on its own website that the parking price includes two transfers.
Despite contacting the company about these issues, I have still not received a satisfactory explanation or response.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service, the lack of communication and the lack of transparency regarding the charges. Most importantly, I did not receive the type of parking space I had booked.
For these reasons, I can only give 1 star.
