点评：⭐ Two Stars – Disappointing and Not Worth the Price
We gave this experience two stars because, while they did get us to the summit, the overall experience fell far short of our expectations. We paid a premium price expecting to enjoy the views and experience what makes the summit special. Unfortunately, visibility was less than 30 feet, and we couldn’t see much of anything.
We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, but there is a weather station at the summit, which they even tell visitors about. When visibility is nearly zero, we believe customers should be offered a prorated price or some form of compensation. Paying full price for an experience where the main attraction is essentially invisible was extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, the food vendor was closed, so we couldn’t even get a hot cup of coffee to warm up. For the price we paid, we expected a much more enjoyable and complete experience.
Overall, this trip did not live up to our expectations and left us feeling that we paid far too much for what we actually received. We understand that no one can control the weather, but we do believe the company should take summit conditions into consideration when pricing the experience and communicating with customers. A little more flexibility and consideration for paying customers would make a big difference.
