点评：We recently returned from an amazing vacation in Zanzibar, and we cannot recommend Ally Juma and his agency, Zanzibar Leisure Tours, highly enough!
From the very first moment, everything was organized to perfection. Ally took care of absolutely everything for us—from booking our stay at the incredible Riu Palace Zanzibar (Swahili area) to arranging all of our daily excursions and transportation.
What truly blew us away was Ally's incredible dedication. During our vacation, we had to change and adapt our itinerary several times due to weather conditions and our own changing preferences. Despite going through a personal event at the time, Ally was always fully available, responsive, and attentive to all our needs. This level of service is rare and absolutely not taken for granted!
A huge, special thanks goes to our driver, Khamiss! He picked us up from the airport, dropped us back off, and drove us to all of our trips. He was always on time, professional, extremely kind, and made us feel so safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. Our tour guides provided by the agency were also brilliant, knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around.
The entire team was incredibly courteous, professional, and full of positive energy. The service was absolutely flawless, and all of this came at a very fair and honest price.
