Unprofessional, and Poorly Maintained
Frost Magical Ice of Siam的点评
点评：I had a terrible experience at Frost Magical Ice of Siam and would never recommend it to anyone.
The issues started at the main ticket entrance, where staff were totally unprepared, still dusting around, and told us we’d have to wait 3 hours to enter if we bought tickets online—forcing us to pay the higher walk-in rate on-site.
However, the absolute worst customer service was further inside at the counter where boots, gloves, and gear are handed out. The staff there were eating, talking amongst themselves, and extremely arrogant and rude toward paying guests. Their etiquette was non-existent, and they treated us with zero respect—it nearly made me turn around and leave.
Additional major issues:
Overpriced with Low Value: After paying over 600 THB for an adult and 500+ THB for a child, you still get hit with extra fees inside for basic items. They charged us for snow scoops/carvings that were completely useless because the snow was hard as stone.
Disorganized & Poorly Timed: We were made to put on heavy winter jackets and sit waiting in the heat because the ice room wasn’t ready on time.
Dirty and Warm: The frost skating area was warm and felt dirty and poorly maintained.
The only positive part of the entire visit was the slide area—the two young staff members working there were polite and showed actual customer care. Otherwise, the venue is dirty, overpriced, and full of rude staff. Save your money and go somewhere else.

环境脏乱且温度偏高：滑冰区温暖潮湿，看起来又脏又缺乏维护。
整个参观过程中唯一值得称赞的地方就是滑梯区——那里的两位年轻工作人员很有礼貌，也真正做到了以顾客为先。除此之外，整个场所脏乱不堪、收费虚高，工作人员也态度恶劣。还是省下钱去别处吧。
