Very disappointed in dilapidated attraction

点评：We paid over $200 euro for 8 people and came away extremely disappointed. The entire outside area was old and in dis-repair. The storm simulator did not work ( one reason we came). Half the lights were turned off in the whale, one senior tripped. We found fresh mouse poo on the whale on the counter and behind the glass and the air was very stale. Even the flower pots outside the door were full of weeds.
The aquarium had many tanks that had very little in it and some were covered by condensation - so you could not see inside anyway.
We asked for a refund and received a reply of all the reasons why things were wrong and that they planned to fix them - but they were not working for our visit. I don’t understand why we can’t get a refund- they did not provide what we paid for. This should be illegal.
