COSI - Center Of Science And Industry的点评
点评：Here is an issue that sums up our experience at COSI:
- We wanted to see the “Cosmic Dawn” movie in the “Big Theater.” This theater was a chore to fine because there is no signage that directs you there. Plenty of signs for everything else on that level but none for this enormous theater
- We took our seats and the movie started with no sound. Waited 15 minutes, thinking someone has to realize this and fix it, but no.
- So, I went in search of someone who could help, but THERE WAS NO ONE. I mean seriously, despite the high prices they charge there are virtually no employees in most parts of the so called museum. Eventually, I had to go downstairs and stand in the ticket line to tell someone that in a Science Museum they can’t even get the sound working in their movie
- After that eventually the sound came on, but no one ever closed the theater door, meaning you could still hear the kids playing in the nearby attractions. They also never turned the lights down.
Forget anyone thinking this is really a museum of science and industry. It’s an overgrown children’s museum. Even the gift shot has a very limited selection of t-shirts that aren’t for kids.
The underground parking garage is $13, worse if you forget to get the discounted parking ticket when you buy tickets
The service is just abysmal. They don’t even hand you a map when you check in, just wrist bands - why even bother because as far as I could tell no one works there to check these anyway. Just figure on downloading the app if you want any info - like I need another app on my phone for a one time 5 hour museum visit (I use the term museum begrudgingly).
There are much more enjoyable ways to spend much less money at places where they actually care about their visitors.

服务简直糟糕透顶。办理入场手续时，他们连地图都不给你，只给你腕带——反正也没人管，干嘛还要给你腕带？想看什么信息？那就下载他们的App吧——就为了参观一个五小时的博物馆（我真不情愿用“博物馆”这个词），我手机上还得再装个App？
花更少的钱，去那些真正关心游客的地方，能有更多更愉快的体验。
