An ok experience but not a wow experience

点评：It’s an experience I have always wanted to do, unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations, we did the dolphin experience and we enjoyed it, the girl was amazing, overall customer service and customer experience probably the lowest I have experienced in my two weeks, I asked a member of staff for the lazy river she went to the map and said you are here and had no clue, I was embarrassed for her, staff all looked generally fed up and couldn’t be bothered, there is no information of what is happening, no interaction with guests to even encourage they get the best of their day, it’s very expensive day and I expected a much better customer experience, food don’t get me started I couldn’t really eat any of it, it’s presented well, but done very badly, come on you couldn’t even deliver well on a hot dog ! Final remark the surface in the water areas is so rough and I’m surprised their hasn’t been any severe incidents, so overall it was an ok day but was it worth £695 and did it meet expectations definitely not !
