Liquid Descent Whitewater Rafting的点评
点评：My friends and I booked a rafting trip expecting a simple, one-hour float down the river. Unfortunately, I feel that our guide, Justin, negatively impacted our entire experience.
Throughout the trip, Justin was unprofessional and seemed more interested in interacting with and messing around with the other rafts than engaging with our group. The most concerning incident occurred when he pulled one of my friends into the water without her consent. She was caught completely off guard, became frazzled, and swallowed a significant amount of water. When she resurfaced, she was coughing, and it was clear to us that Justin realized he had made a mistake. However, instead of a genuine apology directly after, he brushed it off as a "joke" and that my friend was "milking" it. From that point on, our group was uncomfortable and primarily just wanted to get back to the buses. Once back at the shop, he did come up to apologize to my friend, but to us, it was a little too late.
There was also an interaction that made me personally very uncomfortable. Justin directly asked me if I had a boyfriend. When I told him that I did, he responded that he "didn't care" about the rest of what I was going to say because I had a boyfriend. Given the age difference between us, I found the comment particularly inappropriate and unprofessional.
I would still recommend Liquid Decent as a company because the other guides seemed kind and professional, but unfortunately, I would not recommend having Justin as your guide. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as our experience could have been significantly better with a more professional and respectful guide.
