Busch gardens day trip - honest review

点评：We pre purchased our tickets and were nervous about the poor reviews before going - BUT - our experience was much better. All the rides were working with a few with temporary closures but just that, temporary. Queue times were pretty good, averaging between 5-20 minutes with Cheetah & Rafting being the longest but no more than 45 mins.
Food was ok, Chik-Filet was open but we didn’t go, we had the BBQ which wasn’t cheap but was good quality and tasty.
The car park was $40 which is steep but one of our family had a mobility scooter and they sent us to the disabled bays which were close to the entrance
Drinks were expensive - we went with the refillable cups which ended up being ok for us.
The park is looking a little dated - the train ride was limited and not that great for animal spotting. I didn’t think the enclosures were that small as others had mentioned.
Overall a long but fun day and I didn’t think reflected the many recent 1-star reviews I saw before we went. Weather did disrupt the rides a little but that’s normal for Orlando this time of year. It’s not worse that Universal, where I thought the older parks there were feeling a little tired also.
