坦格尔伍德的点评
点评：I rarely ever leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tanglewood for the incredible accessibility services and care their staff provided during our visit last night for John Fogerty.
We attended with friends who had a parent with them who required a wheelchair, and I was genuinely blown away by how attentive and accommodating the staff were from beginning to end.
We knew Tanglewood offered golf cart transportation from the parking areas and wheelchairs to help guests get to their seats on the lawn, which was already incredibly helpful. But what impressed me most was the level of personal attention they provided throughout the entire evening.
After helping our friend’s parent get settled, two wonderful staff members told us they would return at intermission with a wheelchair so they could use the restroom. With a venue as large and busy as Tanglewood, I remember thinking there was no way they would actually remember exactly where we were, and that we’d probably need to find someone when the time came.
Sure enough, as soon as intermission started, there they were! They found us on the lawn and arrived with the wheelchair ready to go. Then, at the end of the night, they were there again to help get them all the way back to the car.
It truly felt like five-star service. The level of organization, accessibility, and genuine care was far beyond anything I would have expected at such a large venue.
A huge thank you to Tanglewood, and especially to the two amazing women who were so attentive throughout the evening. You made what could have been a challenging experience incredibly easy and allowed everyone to simply enjoy the night. I was so impressed by the entire experience and felt they deserved to be recognized!

这真的堪称五星级服务。其组织能力之强、无障碍服务之周全……那种真挚的关怀远远超出了我原本对如此大型场所的期待。
