A wonderful and surprising display

点评：This is an absolute gem. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner and the lady explained to us in English the purpose of the museum and the history behind the phonograph company that once operated in the town. There is an extensive collection of gramophone and phonographic equipment that spans the entire existence of recorded music up to modern turntable equipment.
Explanations and audio guides made navigating the collection easy and very interesting. There was an area to enjoy music as well as working examples of working musical playback devices from the late 1800’s to the modern era which another employee turned on so we could hear them in action.
Upstairs had a wonderful collection of tape recording and playback equipment and a collection of clocks from the region. Magnificent!
They even had on display a Dual 510 model turntable which I owned and remember dearly from my youth.
