Wonderful staff - the heat was totally unbearable!

点评：We have visited for years now and we love this place - the staff are some of the most friendly, lovely & smiley people we have met!
We visited today after looking online to double check you had ‘fully functioning air conditioning’ normally in this weather we would have done something outside however fancied something different out of the sun and in the cool but it became evident as soon as entering there was no air conditioning at all.
Customers & staff (who deserve a medal for working in that) were quite literally dripping with sweat, there was actually beads of sweat on the stairs leading up to the cafe.
Customers were trying to find paper plates to fan themselves with and
To be honest, it shouldn’t have opened today, the heat in there was absolutely unbearable.
Please make this clear during a heatwave when people are booking online and seeing that you offer ‘air conditioning’ when in fact you don’t.
This is more of a review for head office to see than the place itself as each and every staff member we came across was wonderful!!
