Beautiful Views, But Management Needs Improvement

点评：We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery and facilities, and the views are truly amazing. However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
First, the Sky Bike operation was inefficient because there was only one operator serving both the single and couple stations, resulting in unnecessary waiting times for guests.
Second, the pool entrance fee did not include towels or lockers, and this was not clearly communicated before entry. Guests should be informed of any additional charges in advance to avoid surprises.
Finally, I was disappointed with the hygiene management at the Sky Bike activity. Shared helmets were provided without disposable hygiene caps. I had to specifically request one, and staff searched for it as though it was unavailable. Disposable helmet liners should be provided automatically for every guest to ensure proper hygiene and comfort.
The location itself is beautiful and worth visiting, but improving communication, operations, and hygiene standards would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
