点评：Absolutely terrible experience at Heathrow Jump Giants in Colnbrook. I will never return to a Jump Giants establishment again. Prior to the trampoline park closing down, I took my children along for one last session. This all turned sour when our jump ended. I was rudely interrupted on a work call to tell me that it was time to go. My children were also approached and told the same thing. I was aware of the time and didn’t need reminding The children had some water and put on their shoes so we left just 5 minutes past. Not the end of the world and I am sure other families do the same!! As we exited (and after a short exchange of words) the employee slammed the metal gate behind us and then proceeded to speak inappropriately and unprofessionally about me on the walkie talkie to another employee in the reception area - which myself and other customers could hear. It was uncalled for and embarrassing and humiliating. I spoke to the manager to share my dissatisfaction who gave me the head office email address. They were just as bad. Zero assistance and refusal to escalate or help further with my complaint. They dismissed it as the trampoline park was closing and the staff were no longer employed by them. My experience there was beyond poor and very upsetting - but they couldn’t care less! I work in a customer orientated industry and we would never treat a customer like this without offering some service recovery. Save yourself the money and if there is an alternative trampoline park close to you (Air Hop/Flip Out/Sky Zone/Jump In/Altitude) save yourself the trouble and go there instead. They deserve your money way more than Jump Giants do.
