点评：This was the 2nd time touring with Blue Dolphin Tours in less then 9 months. I first went July of 2025 a did the Napoli Dinner Cruise. It was unbelievable. I enjoyed the beautiful Coast line. The views were mysteriously beautiful. The ride was tough, the winds were up but the Sun was shining. The Best tour I have ever taken in Hawaii. The 2nd time traveling with Blue Dolphin was on 3/5/2026. I invited 4 other friends and family. This tour was different. The Captain of the Cateraman was a small gal, fit and full of personality. She was born and raised in Kauai. I believe her name was JC. The sea were very calm, different from my last tour. The ride out to the coast was beautiful, mostly sunny with a few clouds hovering the Coast. We had many Whale sightings. The crowd went wild. It was awesome. I was a little disappointed when we finally came to the Napoli Coast because the cloud cover increased of those mysterious mountains. I still did take some great pictures and enjoyed the tour.

It would behove Blue Dolphin Tours to offer a shuttle from the ship to your pier in Port Allen, round trip. Perhaps negotiate with NCL to add your tour to their Kauai Tours !
