点评：We booked as a group of six through 'Get Your Guide' and had found it hard to source a white wine focused tour near Verona. Sara is a wonderful guide. She explained the terroire of their three sites, the grape types, the wine produced and set thisagainst the history of this family - owned business since the late 1940s. We walked to the nearest of the sites, in Soave itself and afterward sshe patiently went through the process and the work that occurs to produce the end product! Then, we had one of the ebst wine tasting I have experienced. We were treated to breadsticks, meats and a great selection of wines to taste; sparkling, still and desert. I think there were six! We were there forover two hours and could not thanks Sara enough. The only slight downside was the other two couples talking whilst she did the english transalation and having to opt for the bus back to railway station in San Bonifacio (no transport and few taxes after c. 9.00 we were told, so we had to cancel a restaurant reservation locally). However, it did not take teh shine off what had been a superb late afternoon / early evening visit.
