No Refunds for a Typhoon

点评：The diving was good but the promises and follow up in crediting us has been terrible. We did a 3 tank dive with our group of friends and planned on doing another 3 tank dive a few days later. We prepaid for the diving and had to cancel due to the incoming typhoon. We needed to move our flight out one day due to the anticipated typhoon and this left us less than 24 hours before flying. Alpha Divers agreed to refund us. Our friends who also prepaid for the same day diving and had to leave early were refunded. It has been 6 weeks with several e-mails and promises of reimbursement. Make sure you get any reimbursement before you leave Okinawa otherwise you are out of luck. Aloha Divers refunded us and our entire group without any questions knowing that we needed to leave early due to the typhoon. I would recommend Aloha Divers who are credible and follow up on what they promise.
