Very disappointing

点评：In 2013 we stayed here and at that time it was managed by COE parks. It was well maintained and clean. This trip we brought our grandkids and our daughter and son in law came down the following day.
(The only reason I rated this a 2 is because the attendant at the gate shack was very nice and check in was a breeze.)
The park is run down. Electric was out upon arrival for about 1.5 hours. Neighbors said this is a common issue here.
We had several wasp nest under our picnic table and it was filthy with a layer of grease. Riverview is overgrown and pretty sure home to skunks. Not sure when last time irrigation was run?
The beautiful walking trail and plaque was overgrown and dead.
Our daughter’s cabin was overgrown and AC not working. They ended up taking kids and returning home.
