点评：The Arch is a terrific experience, educational and well run. I would allow plenty of time ahead of ticket time to enjoy the very well curated museum, although you can also do that after your trip to the top. Greatly enhanced experience compared to my first visit 3 or 4 decades ago. Kudos to the park service for keeping it clean and well run in this age of budget cuts.
The immersive movie experience in the museum is a great way to walk through history and the feel of the Mississippi River dock environment in the age of steam.
You can reserve parking at 500 Pine and get easy in/easy out access via licence plate readers. It's a short pleasant walk to The Arch and you can grab a great breakfast or lunch at Chilli Mac's Diner right in the building. Vintage feel, great attitude and amazing value in this expensive age.
